• You must understand that Glimpsters reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any contest or these rules at any time for any reason, without prior notice or consent.
• You must agree that by creating or joining a contest, you grant Glimpsters a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your contest entry and any content you submit or share in connection with a contest, for any purpose, without any compensation or attribution to you.
• You must also agree that Apple is not involved in any way with any contest on Glimpsters, and that Apple is not a sponsor, endorser, or affiliate of any contest or prize.
